Volatile Constituents of Artemisia nilagirica

Abstract

The essential oil of Artemisia nilagirica was analysed by capillary gas chromatography, IR, 1H-NMR, and GC-MS. The main constituents of the oil are camphor, β-eudesmol, 1,8-cineole, borneol, artemisia alcohol, camphene, α-gurjunene, p-cymene, terpinene-4-ol and α-pinene.
