Häufige und seltene Formen kutaner Metastasen des Mammakarzinoms

Zusammenfassung

Die Inzidenzraten der Mammakarzinome sind in den letzten Jahrzehnten weltweit kontinuierlich angestiegen. Diese Entwicklung hat dazu geführt, dass das Mammakarzinom in den westlichen Industrienationen zum häufigsten malignen Tumor der Frauen geworden ist. Darüber hinaus ist das Mammakarzinom durch eine ausgeprägte biologische Aggressivität gekennzeichnet, eine Eigenschaft, die auch für die Dermatologie von Bedeutung ist. Von allen malignen Tumorerkrankungen des Menschen finden sich kutane Metastasen am häufigsten bei Mammakarzinomen. Die klinisch ungewöhnlich polymorphen Befunde dieser Metastasen werden in der vorliegenden Arbeit im Detail besprochen und von ihren jeweiligen Differenzialdiagnosen abgegrenzt.

Abstract

Incidence rates of breast cancer have increased continuously world-wide during the past decades. Thus, breast cancer is the most frequent malignant tumor of women in the western industrial nations. Additionally, a pronounced biological aggressiveness is characteristic of breast cancer, similar to definite dermatological tumors. Compared with other tumor entities cutaneous metastasis is found most frequently in patients with breast cancer. Cutaneous metastasis of breast cancer shows an extremly polymorphic feature. The different clinical forms are presented with detailed consideration of the respective differential diagnosis.
