Zusammenfassung
Intrauterinpessare (IUD) können in ungefähr 5 % der Fälle dislozieren. Wir berichten
über einen Fall, bei dem eine Kupferspirale drei Jahre nach Implantation im Rektum
wiedergefunden wurde. Die Spirale konnte komplikationslos ex ano entfernt werden.
Abstract
In about 5 % of all cases displacement of an intrauterine device (IUD) may occur.
We report a case of a Copper-T that was found in the rectum three years after implantation.
The IUD was removed ex ano without complications.
