Das primäre Urethrakarzinom der Frau: eine diagnostische und therapeutische Herausforderung

Das sehr seltene primäre Urethrakarzinom der Frau äußert sich durch verschiedene unspezifische Symptome des unteren Harntraktes, der Scheide und des Beckenbodens. Anhand von vier Fallbeispielen wird die Problematik der Diagnosestellung, die meist verzögert erfolgt, dargestellt und der therapeutische Verlauf aufgezeigt.

Abstract

Primary carcinoma of the urethra in women is extremely rare and associated with non-specific symptoms of the lower urinary tract, the vagina and the pelvic floor. On the basis of four case reports, the frequent delay in diagnosis is presented and the therapeutic course is outlined.
