Zusammenfassung
Die typischen Komplikationen nach Augmentationsplastik mit homologen Fettimplantaten
werden anhand einer Patientin dargestellt. Nachfolgendes eigenes chirurgisches Vorgehen
und Erfahrungen weiterer Autoren zur Erzielung eines sofortigen vorteilhaften kosmetischen
Ergebnisses werden vorgestellt.
Abstract
The most common complications after augmentation mammoplasty with homologous fat implants
could be demonstrated in one patient. We show our subsequent surgical procodure and
the experiences of other authors to achieve an immediately acceptable cosmetic result.
