Summary
A new flexible fiberoptic endoscope for examination of the nasopharynx and larynx is presented. Its main advantages over the existing fiberoptic instruments consist in the extended flexibility of the tip, and its small diameter.
This instrument permits complete examination of the nose, nasopharynx and larynx in the newborn as well as the adult.
