Zusammenfassung
Die digitalen bildgebenden Verfahren (CT, DSA, MR) konnten die neuroradiologische
Diagnostik der Hypophysentumoren wesentlich verbessern. Es werden deren diagnostische
Bedeutung und ihre Indikation besprochen. Dabei wird deutlich, dass künftig MR die
Methode der Wahl zur Abklärung bei Verdacht auf einen Hypophysentumor ist.
Summary
The digital imaging methods - CT, DSA, MR - have significantly improved neuradiological
diagnostics of the hypophyseal tumours. The article dicusses the diagnostic relevance
of these methods and their indication. It is evident that MR will become the method
of choice to diagnose a suspected hypophyseal tumour
