Zusammenfassung

Bai einer Patientin mit Oberbauchschmerzen führte die real-time-Sonographte zum wegweisenden Befund. Eine Raumforderung im Oberbauch konnte als Magentumor identifiziert werden. Es lag ein operativ und histologisch gesichertes Hämangioperizvtom des Magens vor.

Abstract

In a patient with upper abdominal pain real-time sonography produced the first relevant sign of a space-occupying gastric lesion. Final diagnosis was gastric hemangiopericytoma.
