Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen Säugling berichtet, der wegen zunehmender Lebervergrößerung auffiel. Das ungewöhnliche sonographische Bild der Leber lenkte zusammen mit einem Hämangiom der Haut den Verdacht auf eine Leberhämangiomatose. Die anschließende CT-Untersuchung mit Kontrastmittelinjektion war beweisend.

Abstract

An infant with increasing hepatomegaly is reported. The unusual Sonographic findings of the liver in combination with a a cutaneous hemangioma suggested hemangiomatosis of the liver. The diagnosis was proved by CT examination.
