Zusammenfassung

Ausgehend von der Beobachtung eines typischen Hörsturzes bei drei Kranken mit einem gastrointestinalen Infekt werden die pathogenetischen Auslösungsmodalitäten diskutiert.

Summary

The pathogenetic mechanisms are discussed from the observations made in 3 cases of typical acute bilateral sudden deafness as a result of coincident gastrointestinal infections.
