Zusammenfassung

Es wird bei 12 Personen die TTS30 nach einer Schallexposition mit einem Dauerschallpegel von 90 dB (AI) Leq, angeboten in 6 verschiedenen Zeitstrukturen und einer Expositionszeit von 1 Stunde, überprüft.

Als Ergebnis läßt sich für jede einzelne Lärmstruktur ein ganz bestimmtes TTS30-Muster ermitteln.

Summary

We checked by temporary threshold-shift (TTS) measurements, whether in cases of equal doses of noise of 90 dB (AI) Leq and time of exposure of one hour, but with different time patterns of noise, a uniform TTS pattern is obtained in correlation to the dose of noise. The behaviour of the TTS was determined by the conventional and high-frequency audiograms.

The results were clearly dependent on the time pattern of the noise (mean value of TTS30).

In some cases there was no development of TTS to be seen in the conventional audiogram, but only in the h.-f. audiogram.
