Zusammenfassung

Eine Methode der Punktion des M. obliquus capitis inferior mit Myographienadel unter CT-Kontrolle wird vorgestellt. Mittels myographischer Ableitungen an einem ausgewählten, neurootologischen Patientengut, soll die Hypothese einer Mitbeteiligung dieses Muskels an Gleichgewichtsregulation und Regulationsstörungen untersucht werden.

Summary

The authors developed a method to puncture neck muscles by means of computer tomographic control, enabling the introduction of an electrode into the obliquus capitis inferior muscle, to investigate the particular role of neck muscles in posture and head movement.
