Die Trachealatresie - eine besondere Assoziation bei Ösophagusatresie und Hydramnion

Zusammenfassung

In einem kasuistischen Beitrag wird die pränatale Diagnose einer Ösophagusatresie mit der bisher nicht publizierten Begleitmißbildung der Trachealatresie beschrieben. Die Kenntnis von assoziierten Fehlbildungen bzw. Mißbildungen mit einer pränatal diagnostizierten Ösophagusatresie kann durch eine optimale Versorgung des Neugeborenen post partum die Prognose erheblich verbessern. Die zur Zeit pränatal nicht diagnostizierbare Fehlbildung der Trachealatresie kann nur eine Einzelbeobachtung bleiben und muß aber beim Auftreten einer Ösophagusatresie bedacht werden.

Abstract

This case report describes the prenatal diag-nosis of an oesophageal atresia with the previously unpublished associated malformation of tracheal atresia. The knowledge of associated malformations or deforma-tions in prenatally diagnosed oesophageal atresia can considerably improve the prognosis by an optimised post partum care of the newborn. Tracheal atresia can at present not be diagnosed prenatally; the possibility to identify it remains an isolated case and must therefore be taken into consideration whenever an oesophageal atresia is observed.
