Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine Patientin vorgestellt, die sich anläßlich einer diagnostischen Laparoskopie postoperativ respiratorisch verschlechtert hatte. Es bestanden ein Hautemphysem und ein Pneumothorax beiderseits. Durch ausschließlich konservative Maßnahmen bildete sich der beobachtete Zustand innerhalb kurzer Zeit unter O2-Gabe zurück. Es werden Sicherheitsmaßnahmen von Seiten der Anästhesie während Laparoskopie diskutiert und festgelegt, um das Risiko dieses heute meist problemlos verlaufenden Eingriffes weiter zu mindern.

Summary

A case of laparoscopy is presented with postoperative large subcutaneous emphysema and bilateral pneumothorax. As a result of careful control, conservative treatment, and consequent oxygen administration, this life-threatening phenomena disappeared within a short time. Preventive measures for complications of diagnostic laparoscopy are discussed and established to lower the anaesthetic risk of this widely practised procedure.
