Abstract

The known compounds stansioside and orobanchoside as well as a new acyclic monoterpene glucoside, 1,8-dihydroxy-3,7-dimethyloct-2(E)-ene-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside have been isolated from leaves of Penstemon digitalis. Their structures have been elucidated by NMR and FD mass spectroscopy.
