Some of these triterpenes inhibited emetic action induced by oral administration of copper sulfate pentahydrate to leopard frog. The triterpenes having an exomethylene group at C-24 showed anti-emetic activity to frogs. Key words Anti-emetic activity - Poria cocos - Polyporaceae - triterpenes PDF (201 kb)
