Betriebswirtschaftliche Aspekte in der Prävention

Der Paradigmenwechsel zur präventiven Zahnmedizin ist weitgehend vollzogen. Ein effizientes Prophylaxekonzept verbessert die Patientengewinnung und -bindung. Es erfordert 1. eine feste organisatorische Zuordnung von Patienten und Mitarbeitern, 2. eine individuelle risiko- und complianceorientierte Klassifikation des Patienten, 3. ein straffes Recall-System und eine zeitrationelle Bestellpraxis. Ein wirtschaftliches Zeit- und Kostenmanagement wird anhand einer Musterpraxis dargestellt.

The paradigm of dentistry has largely shifted to prevention. An efficient preventive concept enhances patient acquisition and attachment. It requires 1. fixed organizational patient-assistant assignment, 2. individual risk- and compliance-based patient classification, 3. an order practice with a strict recall system and efficient time management. Time and cost effectiveness is demonstrated using a model practice.
