Zusammenfassung
Ein 69 Jahre alter Patient kollabierte auf einer Nilschiffsreise zwischen Luxor
und Assuan wegen eines akuten Herzinfarktes und wurde bis zum Anlaufen des nächsten
Hafens zwei Stunden rein homöopathisch betreut. Mit der Gabe von Carbo vegetabilis,
Strophanthus und Nux vomica konnte soweit eine deutliche Stabilisierung des Zustandes
erreicht werden, dass der Patient beim Eintreffen des Krankenwagens einen zwar
bradykarden, aber regelmäßigen Puls von 55 Schlägen/Minute und einen stabilen
Blutdruck von 120/80 aufwies. In der Klinik wurde die o.g. Diagnose bestätigt
und die Streptokinasetherapie eingeleitet: Restitutio ad integrum, der Patient
braucht ein Jahr später keinerlei Therapie.
Summary
A 69 year old patient, who was on a cruise ship on the Nile river between Luxor
and Assuan, collapsed due to an acute myocardial infarction. As there were no
other therapies available, he was treated only with homeopathic remedies for the
following two hours. After Carbo vegetabilis, Strophanthus and Nux vomica was
given, his condition stabilized at once, and upon arrival of the ambulance his
heart rate was slow, but regular at 55 bpm, his blood pressure was 120/80. He
was admitted at a hospital, where the diagnosis was confirmed and he was started
on a thrombolytic therapy with Streptokinase. Restitutio ad integrum, the patient
did not require further therapy one year later.
