Zusammenfassung
Ein 51-jähriger Patient entwickelte nach 10-jähriger Anwendung von Olanzapin ein Gilles-de-la-Tourette-Syndrom,
welches nach Wechsel der medikamentösen Therapie auf Amisulprid sistierte. Die Genese
im Rahmen einer tardiven Dyskinesie wird diskutiert.
Abstract
Following ten years of continuous olanzapine therapy a 51 years old man developed
a Gilles de la Tourette syndrome which disappeared after changing to amisulprid. The
Tourette-syndrome will be attributed to a tardive dyskinesia induced by olanzapine.
