Objectives: A purpose of research was to study a therapeutic efficacy of preparation cerebrolysin (EBEWE, Austria) in children in remote period of an easy cerebro-cranial trauma (CCT). Methods: Methods: Thirty children aged from 7 to 12 with prolongation of CCT from 6 months to 1 year on a base of Pediatric Neurology Department have been examined. All the patients were divided into 2 groups. The 1st group received cerebrolysin at a dose 2ml as i/m injections, the 2nd one (control) – Pyracetam at a dose 200mg three times a day. Both groups also obtained a basic symptomatic therapy. Treatment lasted 1 month in both groups. Assessment of efficacy of treatment was carried out on days 30, 60 from the beginning of therapy. An examination included study of motor and coordination spheres, evaluation of hearingspeech and visual memories, as well as attention by means of Wexler's method.

Results: Results: Studies conducted showed a common improvement of behavior on a day 30, accompanied by regression of cerebroasthenic manifestations, headaches and sleep disturbances, positive dynamic in neurologic status and behavior, a reliable perfection of memory and attention. That was noted in 80% of children obtaining cerebrolysin, and in only 40% of children of control group. It is important to note that positive effect of cerebrolysin on behavior, motor and cognitive function in children with postcommotion sysndrome reliably remained in one month after the ending of treatment in ontrast to control group.

Conclusion: Conclusion: Results obtained evidence a rather stable effect of postaction' of cerebrolysin and allow to recommend the given preparation for wide use in children with CCT.
