Obwohl die Arbeit mit den Arzneibeziehungen ein wichtiges Gebiet der klassischen homöopathischen Praxis ist, stagniert nicht nur die Weiterentwicklung, sondern es besteht auch ein Mangel an Verstšndnis der Grundlagen für die erfolgreiche Anwendung bei der Mittelwahl. Außerdem ist der methodische Umgang durch eine traditionelle, jedoch obsolete Terminologie vernebelt, die neu zu bestimmen ist.

Summary

Nowadays, the practically important field of the relationship of remedies for prescribing in classical homoeopathy seems not only to remain in Stagnation, but also the misunderstanding of its foundations is an obstacle to the successful application in choosing the remedy. There are too some traditional insufficiencies of terminology that have to be corrected.
