Zusammenfassung
Anhand der vergleichenden Schilderung des Krankheitsbildes der drohenden spastischen Diparese bzw. Tetraparese beim heranwachsenden Säugling und des toxikologischen Bildes von Strychnin bzw. Strychninum phosphoricum wird die strenge Homöopathizität dieser beiden Zustandsbilder nachgewiesen. Es folgt eine kurze, auf die spastische Bewegungsstörung bezogene Darstellung des Arzneimittelbildes von Strychninum phosphoricum. Zwei kasuistische Beiträge belegen die Richtigkeit der therapeutischen Wirkung von Strychninum phosphoricum bei diesem Krankheitsbild.
Summary
After a general introduction the author gives a comparison between the troubles of the threatening spastic diparesis (M. Little) and tetraparesis and the toxicology of strychninum purum or strychninum phosphoricum, which demonstrates their exact homoeopathicity. Then follows an abstract of the Materia medica of strychninum phosphoricum with special reference to the spastic child. Two cases point out the healing power of strychninum phosphoricum in this condition.
