Zusammenfassung
O.-A. Julian stellt eine Pathogenese von Levomepromazin (Nozinan) auf. Diese resultiert
aus toxikologischen und klinischen Beobachtungen sowie auf einer vom Verfasser im
Winter 1968/69 durchgeführten Arzneimittelprüfung (16 Prüfer). Geprüft wurde mit D
3, C 7, C 9, C 15 und C 30 sowie mit Plazebo. Verfasser gibt folgende "positive Diagnostik"
: Phosphor-Fluoriker, Apathie mit morgendlicher Müdigkeit. Vielfache allergische Überempfindlichkeit.
Seelische Störungen in Form von Depression und Schizophrenie. Hypotension und Tachykardie.
Dysfunktion der Leber und des Magen-Darm-Kanals. Es wurden folgende Modalitäten gefunden:
Verschlimmerung durch Licht und in einer Menge. Besserung durch milde Wärme, durch
Kaffee und Tabak. Differentialdiagnostisch ist das Mittel abzugrenzen gegen Sepia,
Tuberkulin und Chlorpro-

O.-A. Julian has made up a pathogenesis of Levomepromazin (Nozinan). This is the
result of toxicological and clinical observations as well as a carried out proving
of drugs by the author and 16 others during the winter 1968/69. It was proved with
D 3, C 7, C 9, C 15 and C 30 as well as with Author gives the following "positive
diagnostic": Phosphor-fluoric-type, apathy with morning weariness. Frequent allergic
hypersensitiveness. Mental disturbances appearing as depression and schizophrenia.
Hypotension and tachycardia. Dysfunction of the liver and the gastro-intestinal tract.
The following modalities have been found: Growing worse through light and in crowds.
Amelioration through mild warmth, coffee and tobacco. In differential diagnosis the
drug is to be compared with Sepia, Tuberkulin and Chlor-promazin. Resumen: O.-A. Julian

toxicologicas y clinicas, al igual que sobre una prueba de medicamentos (16 examina-dos),
realizada por el editor durante el invierno 1968/69. Se examino con D 3, C 7, C 9,
C 15 y C 30 tambien on Placebo. El editor da la siguiente ,,diagnosis positiva": Fosforo-fluoricos,
apatia con cansancio en la manana. Supersensibilidad alergica multiple. Trastornos
emocionales en forma de depresion y esquizofrenia. Hipotension y taquicardia. Disfuncion
del higado y del conducto gastrointestinal. Se encontraron las siguientes modalidades:
Empeoramiento por luz y en un conjunto. Mejoramiento por calor suave, por cafe y tabaco.
En la diagnosis diferencial el medicamento debe ser diferenciado, demarcandolo de
Sepia, Tuberculina y Cbloropromazina.
