Summary

The classic homoeopathy is in general not method of choice in acute ear infections, because it takes too much time. A lot of patients come without a date mainly as emergency, very often many at the same time. It is necessary to treat them quickly because there is not much time. There are some confirmed indications we can use in acute inflamable ear disorders. The Situation is different with chronic inflamable ear disorders, very often is the classic homoeopathy method of choice. Disorders of the conchae, auditory meatus and the middle ear can be treated simply by homoeopathic remedies, as the aspect of the inflamation leads to a homoeopathic remedy and the structures can be seen. The homoeopathic treatment must be supported by cleaning the auditory meatus or by physical treatment.
