The case describes the homeopathic treatment of a beginning multiple sclerosis, which impressed from the neurological point of view mainly by an optic neuritis and which has developed further with respect to the development of Symptoms in the form of impaired sensibility since half a year. The homeopathic remedy Sepia caused a complete disappearance of Symptoms within a few weeks.
