Zusammenfassung
Die Vorschrift 7 des HAB (Triturationen aus flüssigen Vorstufen) wurde untersucht.
Es mußte festgestellt werden,.daß eine Präzisierung dieser Vorschrift erforderlich
ist, da durch die bisherige Fassung eine gute pharmazeutische Qualität der Triturationen
nicht gesichert ist. Es wird vorgeschlagen, zur Herstellung der Triturationen verbindlich
die Verwendung von Reibschale und Pistill vorzuschreiben und eine mindestens 10 minütige
Verreibungszeit vorzusehen. Weiterhin wird vorgeschlagen, für Triturationen des Verdünnungsgrades
D2 die Bestimmung der Mischgüte zu verlangen. Eine Standardabweichung von 2% wird
empfohlen.
Summary
The prescription 7 of the HAB (triturations of liquid primary stages) has been studied.
It has been noticed, that it is necessary to specify this prescription, because in
the present version a good pharmaceutical quality of the triturations cannot be ensured.
It is suggested to prescribe the use of mortar and pestle for the production of these
triturations and to provide a minimum mixing time of 10 minutes. Furthermore the determination
of the mixing degree of triturations of the degree of dilution D2 should be prescribed.
A relative Standard deviation of 2% is suggested as limit.
