Zusammenfassung

Seropositive Borrelieninfektion unter dem Bilde einer juvenilen rheumatoiden Polyarthritis. Antibiotische Therapie mittels Amoxicillin. 5 1/2 jähriger Junge, der zweimalig unter dem Bilde einer Polyarthritis zur Vorstellung kam (Teil 1). Eine homöopathische Therapie mittels Pulsatilla brachte schnellen aber keinen dauerhaften Erfolg. Bei der dritten Vorstellung serochemisch eindeutig nachweisbar eine Lyme-Borreliose-Erkrankung.

Lyme-disease, positive immunreaction with Symptoms of a juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. Antibiotic treatment with Amoxicillin. 5 1/2 year old boy who was twice treated under the aspect of rheumatoid arthritis: homoeopathic therapy with Pulsatilla brought success with a succeeding relapse. Finally, at the third examination there was a positive serologically reaction to Borrelia burgdorferi (Lyme disease).
