Neben der Farbe gibt auch die Handschrift wichtige Hinweise auf die Persönlichkeit des Kranken und damit auch auf das Simile. Am Beispiel der unterschiedlichen Schriften von zwei Tellur-, zwei Lycopodium- und einem Barium-carbonicum-Patienten wird dies demonstriert.
