Zusammenfassung
Zehn Patienten einer Allgemeinpraxis nahmen während 4 Wochen unter standardisierten
Ernährungsbedingungen und unter Beibehaltung ihrer notwendigen medikamentösen
Therapie täglich drei Trinkampullen Matricell® (Fa St. Johanser, Gauting) ein.
Entsäuerungsmittel und Basenmineralgemische durften nicht eingenommen werden.
Hauptzielvariable stellte die Reduktion der Übersäuerung nach Trinken dieses
Nahrungsergänzungsmittels dar.
Erfasst wurden die Veränderungen mittels der Bestimmung der Pufferkapazität des
Blutes nach Jörgensen unter Einbeziehung des Hämatokritwerts sowie der Säure-Basen-Messung
im Urin nach Sander. Parallel wurden die Veränderungen von Befindensstörungen
sowie eine eventuelle Verbesserung des Leistungsvermögens erfasst.
Nach Beendigung der Studie gaben 6 Patienten an, dass sich ihr Befinden und Leistungsvermögen
gebessert hat, keine bzw. nur geringe Verbesserung gaben 4 Patienten an. Ein Patient
unterbrach die Einnahme.
Die IZPneu-Analyse zeigte eine durchschnittliche Zunahme der Basenpufferkapazität
um 6,4 Punkte, bei der Säure-Basen-Messung im Urin nach Sander verbesserte sich
der durchschnittliche Aziditätsquotient um 2,4 Punkte.
Fazit: Die Trinkkur mit einem „nicht klassischen” Basenmittel bzw. Entsäuerungspräparat
hat durch die komplexe Zusammensetzung seiner Inhaltsstoffe einen tief greifenden
Einfluss auf die Entsäuerung bzw. Entschlackung des Bindegewebes.
Abstract
Over a period of 4 weeks 10 patients out of a family practice used 3 ready ampoules
of Matricell® (Fa. St. Johanser, Gauting) parallel to standardized nutrition as
well as their necessary drugs. No further deacidification substances or so-called
basic remedies were allowed. The main question was if the combination of bee products
will lead to any measurable reduction of tissue acidosis.
Possible changes should be determined according to the blood buffer capacity in
accordance with Jörgensen including the haematocrit, the so called IZP value,
the acid-base-measuring in the urine according to Sander (laboratory of Dr. Bayer,
Stuttgart) and the measuring of the changes of feeling (tiredness, disturbance
of concentration, muscle or joint problems) or changes in fitness by means of
a practically orientated score (improved, no change, worsened).
At the end of the study 6 patients reported that they were in good state of health,
whereas 4 patients had only small or no improvement. One patient dropped out after
his Spondylosis ankylosans had gotten worse.
The IZP analysis in the first group showed an increase of the base-buffer capacity
on the average to 6.4 points, the acid-base measuring in urine increased on the
average to 2.4 points.
In the second group IZP values rose as well (a typical sign for clinical improvement),
but because of the delayed excretion of the acid from the tissue the Sander values
increased as well to a maximum of 11 points.
Unwarranted side effects in connection to Matricell® did not occur, rather patients
reported spontaneously about the pleasant smell and taste.
Conclusion: The complex consistence of this mineral cure with its non-typical basic or de-acidification
possibilities had an enormous influence on the purification of the extra cellular
matrix.
