Anamnese

Eine 99-jährige Heimbewohnerin wurde in unserer Klinik aufgrund eines wiederholt blutenden Tumors am Gesäß vorgestellt. Eine Anamnese war bei der senilen Patientin nicht vollständig zu erheben. Vom Pflegepersonal war zu erfahren, dass der Tumor schon längere Zeit vorlag.
