The success of pubertal and postpubertal disorders of menstrual cycle treatment could be explained by a prolonged neuronal plasticity of the neuronal and synaptic organization of the gonadotropin neuroendocrine system
In last ten years we monitorised over a two hundred younger girls aged between 15 and 22 years with very much menstral cycle disorders from amenorheea 50% from cases and the rest with other trubles such pspaniome-norheea alternative with short periodic
amenorheea. It is well establish that embrionic development of the gonadotropin neuronal network are wery strong influenced by the steroids secreted by primordial gonads and
adrenal saterols and other steroidal compounds from the medium wigh influnce pregnant womens. In our study we monitorise over two hundred younger girls where noted regularity of menstrual cycle, presence or absebce of dismenorheea the values of the LH, FSH, PROL, Estradiol, Progesteron and plasmatic testosteron. These values are generally lower. The presence of micropolicystic ovary are frequently revealed. Treatment longer time about a year or two yares with Pregnyl 500 ei in a week asociated with Medroxiprogesteron and small doses of L-Thyroxin 25mcr and C vitamin restore cycle and in second stage regularized menstrual ciclicity and fertility of the younger girls. These results are a strong arguments that the restoration of the ciclicity of menses is not depended by ovary but is a result of maturation of the neuronal nertwork from limbic system and hypothalamus expressed by the plasticity of these structures.
