Zusammenfassung
Die Beziehung zwischen Pflegenden und ihren Patienten ist von unbewussten Emotionen
mitbestimmt, die eine sachgerechte Pflege beeinflussen. Ausgehend von einem Verständnis
der Psychose als Abgrenzungs- und Abdichtungskonflikt sowie vom Prototyp der Pflegebeziehung,
der frühen Mutter-Kind-Interaktion, werden Aufgaben psychiatrischer Pflege bei psychotischen
Patienten beschrieben. Dabei verwendet der Autor die Metapher eines Hauses, das es
zu errichten und zu schützen gilt.
