Der besondere Fall - Multifokale zystische Hirnläsionen

Fallvorstellung

Der 53-jährige Patient wurde wegen eines erstmaligen Krampfanfalls stationär aufgenommen. Er berichtet außerdem über Kopfschmerzen seit einer Woche. Im Untersuchungsbefund waren keine fokal-neurologischen Ausfälle festzustellen, allerdings zeigten sich in der neuropsychologischen Testung Gedächtnisstörungen und Probleme beim Rechnen. Der Patient hatte bis vor 7 Monaten für 15 Jahre in Bolivien gelebt.
