Zusammenfassung
In der hier vorliegenden Übersicht werden wiederherstellende Verfahren für Störungen
der motorischen Funktion der mimischen Muskulatur (Nervus facialis), der vom Nervus
accessorius innervierten Muskulatur und der vom Nervus hypoglossus innervierten Muskulatur
beschrieben. Dabei kann jeweils eine Lähmung vorliegen, aber auch Hyperkinesien können
die Pathologie bestimmen. Es werden konservative und operative Verfahren beschrieben,
die eine normale motorische Funktion herzustellen anstreben, also eine Bewegung der Muskulatur bewirken sollen.
Adynamische, statische Verfahren werden nicht beschrieben. Am Ende wird die Botulinum-Toxin-Therapie
bei Schluckstörungen abgehandelt.
