Ästhetische Implantatversorgungen mit Keramikaufbauten

Zusammenfassung

An Implantatversorgungen im ästhetischen Bereich werden neben der natürlichen Kronenform auch hohe Ansprüche an die Weichgewebsanlagerung und die Transluzens gestellt. In den letzten Jahren wurden verschiedene Vorgehensweisen für die Versorgung mit Keramikaufbauten vorgestellt. Für ein erfolgreiches prothetisches Endergebnis ist nicht nur eine prothetisch korrekte Implantatinsertion notwendig, sondern auch die regelmäßige Betreuung des Patienten während der Einheilphase bis zur Eingliederung des vollkeramischen Zahnersatzes.
