Zusammenfassung
Viele offene Fragen bei der Wundbehandlung mit einer V.A.C.®-Therapie führen dazu,
dass der Einsatz - insbesondere im ambulanten Bereich - mit Skepsis begleitet wird.
Mangelnde Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der Technik des speziellen Wundverbandes schrecken
viele Anwender und Fachärzte in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland ab. Der volkswirtschaftliche
Nutzen durch eine verkürzte Behandlungsdauer bleibt dabei unberücksichtigt.
Abstract
There are many outspoken questions in the sector of attendance of wounds. So this
fact is accompagnied by scepticism mostly in the ambulant field. The missing knowledge
applicating a certain skill/technique and the special first aid are deterring practising
people as well as specialists here in Germany. The aspect and advantage of political
economy resulting of this reduced medical treatment was not respected and left out
of consideration.
