Am Besipiel des Schultergelenkes wird das norwegische SET-Konzept vorgestellt, das Möglichkeiten zeigt, durch Progressionsstufen sehr früh eine Patientenbehandlung zu starten, ohne Schmerzen oder eine Überbelastung hervorzurufen. Es wird gezeigt, dass man mit einem Gerät in z. B. geschlossener kinematischer Kette, sehr viele Muskelgruppen im ständigen Zusammenspiel beansprucht und zusätzlich noch das neuromuskuläre System in besonderem Maße fordert. Für die Arbeit in der Praxis bedeutet das, minimaler Materialeinsatz mit vielfältiger Wirkung und ständig wachsendem Trainingsprogramm für den Patienten.
The article introduces the Norwegian SET-concept with an example of the shoulder joint which, through progression stages, shows the early possibilities of offering treatment without causing pain to or overburdening the patient. The article demonstrates the possibility of using a sport equipment (for example a closed kinematic chain) to keep several muscle groups continuously and jointly busy and at the same time stimulate the neuromuscular system in a special measure. For the daily work in praxis, this implies minimal use of equipment but with manifold effects und continuous development of the training programme for the patient.
