Medizingeschichte ist spannend und lehrreich und es verwundert immer wieder, wie gering doch das Wissen um unsere medizinischen Mütter und Väter und ihre mitunter genialen Entdeckungen und Ideen ist. Die folgende Arbeit macht es sich zur Aufgabe, dem Leser einen Überblick über die Geschichte der beiden ältesten schalldiagnostischen Verfahren zu vermitteln.
