ABSTRACT

Custom-fabricated acrylic prostheses serve a useful purpose in replacement of extensive facial defects in elderly or medically unstable patients who are undesirable candidates for autogenous reconstruction. Modern osseointegrated implant technology and artistic skills of prosthetic specialists have significantly raised the levels of patient acceptability.
