Zusammenfassung
Die pagetoide Retikulose Woringer-Kolopp ist eine seltene Sonderform der kutanen T-Zell-Lymphome.
Wir berichten über eine 77-jährige Patientin mit seit ca. 30 Jahren bestehender pagetoider
Retikulose. Es wurde die Strahlentherapie durchgeführt. Auf Besonderheiten des Verlaufes
und der Histologie wird hingewiesen.
Abstract
The pagetoid reticulosis Woringer-Kolopp represents a unique variant among cutaneous
T-cell lymphomas. We report on a 77-year-old female patient with a history of about
30 years of pagetoid reticulosis. She was treated by radiotherapy. The peculiarities
of the course and histopathology are described.
