Zusammenfassung
Unter dem Aspekt der Schonung von gesundem Gewebe werden neue selektive Verfahren
in der Zahnmedizin Einzug halten. Bis zu deren wissenschaftlich fundierter Praxisreife
müssen aber alle anderen herkömmlichen Verfahren in dieser Hinsicht kritisch betrachtet
und überprüft werden. Deshalb wurden die bewährten diamantierten Mikro-Präp-Instrumente
um den Vorteil schneidender Instrumentenformen und einer direkten Sicht optimiert.
Der neu entwickelte Mikroinstrumentensatz beinhaltet auch 3 Mikro-Tipps, die eine
sehr natürliche Formgebung der rekonstruierten Kauflächen ermöglichen.
Summary
The preservation of natural tooth structure will require the development of new, non-
or minimally invasive technologies. Until they are scientifically proven and ready
for their market introduction, all other conventional restoration techniques have
to be critically reviewed and evaluated under these considerations. Therefore, the
proven micro preparation instrument range has been optimized by adding new instrument
patterns which offer the advantage of reducing tooth substance in a cutting rather
than an abrasive manner under direct vision. These allow direct control of the operating
site in order to minimize the iatrogenic loss of healthy tooth structure. The 3 micro
diamond tips guarantee easy and totally natural shaping of the occlusal morphology
and a very esthetic result.
