Evidenzbasierte Behandlung der Methotrexat-resistenten Rheumatoiden Arthritis

Die Kombinationstherapie mit mehreren konventionellen „Basistherapeutika“ und die Antizytokintherapie haben sich als wichtige Therapiemodalitäten etabliert für Patienten mit Rheumatoider Arthritis (RA), die auf Methotrexat (MTX) oder andere konventionelle Monotherapien ungenügend ansprechen. Die Therapie mit Basistherapeutikakombinationen war kürzlich dargestellt worden, in dieser Arbeit folgt die Antizytokintherapie.
