Spätfolgen nach Skaphoidverletzung - Indikation zur Arthrodese

Zusammenfassung

Die Spätfolge nach nicht verheilter Skaphoidverletzung ist i. d. R. der karpale Kollaps in Form der SNAC wrist als Folge der Skaphoidpseudarthrose. Die Versteifung des Handgelenkes stellt die Ultima Ratio der operativen Maßnahmen bei progredienter Handgelenksarthrose dar. Als vorgeschaltete oder ergänzende Maßnahme ist die Denervation nach Wilhelm in Erwägung zu ziehen.

Abstract

The long-term result, following the unhealed scaphoid injury, is usually carpal collapse. The scaphoid-pseudarthrosis leads to a SNAC wrist. Arthrodesis of the wrist is the ultimate operative procedure with severe wrist arthrosis. Denervation can serve as a primary or adjunctive procedure.
