Zusammenfassung
Die posttraumatische Einsteifung des Ellenbogengelenkes beim Kind nach ungenügend oder gar nicht behandelten distalen Humerus-Mehrfragmentfrakturen kann durch Interpositionsarthroplastik erfolgreich therapiert werden. Ein Langzeitverlauf wird beschrieben und die Literatur diskutiert.
Abstract
Post-traumatic stiffness of the elbow joint in children after unreduced multifragmentary fractures of the distal humerus can be successfully treated by interposition arthroplasty. A case with long-term follow up is described, and the literature discussed.
