Zusammenfassung
Anhand vierer unterschiedlicher Kasuistiken von Patienten mit schmerzhaften Tumoren werden die differenzialdiagnostisch infrage kommenden Neoplasien diskutiert. Insgesamt kommen hierfür neun verschiedene in der Regel benigne Tumoren in Betracht: Leiomyom, ekkrines Spiradenom, Neurilemmom, Dermatofibrom, Angiolipom, Neurom, Endometriose, Granularzelltumor und Glomustumor.
Abstract
We report on four cases of patients with painfull tumors of the skin and discuss the differentialdiagnosis that should be considered. These are: leiomyoma, eccrine spiradenoma, neuroma, dermatofibroma, angiolipoma, neurilemmoma, endometrioma, glomus tumor and granular cell tumor.
