Zusammenfassung
Wir berichten über den Fall einer 32-jährigen Zweitgravida, die sich wegen eines unklaren Tumors im Bereich der Plazenta erstmals in der 35. Schwangerschaftswoche bei uns vorstellte. Dopplersonographisch zeigte sich nahe der Insertionsstelle der Nabelschnur ein scharf abgegrenzter, vaskularisierter 4,9 × 5,2 × 4,6 cm großer Tumor. Die Patientin wurde in der 37. Schwangerschaftswoche nach vorzeitigem Blasensprung und einem unauffälligen Schwangerschafts- und Geburtsverlauf von einem 2850 g schweren weiblichen Neugeborenen entbunden. Die histologische Untersuchung ergab ein Chorioangiofibrom. Im Gegensatz zu früher berichteten Chorioangiofibromen dieser Größe, beeinträchtigte der Tumor den Verlauf von Schwangerschaft und Geburt nicht.
Abstract
A 32-year-old gravida-2 was referred at 35 weeks' gestation for evaluation of a placental mass of unknown origin. Color Doppler ultrasound showed a well circumscribed, highly vascularized, 4.9 × 5.2 × 4.6 cm placental tumor near the insertion of the umbilical cord. At 37 weeks, after premature rupture of the membranes, the patient was delivered of a healthy, 2850-g newborn without complications. Histology of the placenta confirmed a placental chorioangiofibroma. In contrast to other reports, the chorioangiofibroma in our patient did not adversely affect the perinatal outcome.
