Zusammenfassung
Das medizinische Ziel der computergestützten behandlungsbegleitenden Dokumentation
ist die Qualifizierung der ärztlichen Tätigkeit. Weil die integrale Verwertung aller
medizinischen Informationen wegen ihrer Komplexität nur mittels moderner Rechentechnik
sinnvoll ist, kann eine patientennah geführte behandlungsbegleitende intranetfähige
ärztliche Dokumentation die Effizienz der ärztlichen Leistungserbringung sichern.
Das vorgestellte Dokumentationsprogrammsystem S_Q_Lap™ ist ein Client-Server-strukturiertes
Web-basiertes Intranetprogramm, welches auf Standardsoftware (MS Winword 97/2000)
aufsetzt und keine weiteren registrierten kommerziellen Programme benötigt. Es kann
im Netz und auf einem Einzelplatz laufen und somit eine Klinik oder einen solitären
Untersuchungs- und Behandlungsplatz bedienen. Zugriffsrechte für Lesen und Schreiben
können hierarchisch durch Passwortebenen eingestellt werden (Arzt, Schwester, Student).
Nach anerkannten fachlichen Grundregeln strukturierte Vorlagendokumente ermöglichen,
unter Wahrung formaler Kriterien, fachlich korrekte und rasch auswertbare Datenbasen
aufzubauen und sehr rationell epikritische Behandlungsberichte fertigzustellen. Dabei
sind sowohl lauffähige Programme und relationale Datenbanken als auch Textkonserven,
Adressen-, Diagnose-, Leistungs- und andere Tabellen mit dem Schreibsystem integriert.
Die Erfassung von Patientendaten und deren kontinuierliche Auswertung erfordert aus
medizinischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Gründen sehr effiziente und partiell autonome
customisierbare Lösungen, welche auch den bemessenen Ressourcen üblicher Notebooks
gerecht werden können. Besonders zur optionalen wissenschaftlichen, respektive multizentrischen
Datenverwertung sind die sehr schnellen und robusten intranetfähigen Schreibsysteme,
die sich gleichermaßen auf große SQL-fähige Datenbanken (zum Beispiel Oracle, Sybase,
MS-SQL, Informix) aber auch auf kleinere einfach handhabbare Datenbasen (MS-Access,
dBase, Paradox) stützen, geeignet. Grundsätzlich wird der medizinische Datenschutz
garantiert.
Summary
From a medical perspective, the aim of continuous, computer-aided documentation of
treatment data is to improve the provision of medical services. The integration of
all medical information available is such a complex task that it can only be accomplished
with the aid of advanced and powerful computer technology. Sophisticated systems with
intranet connection will ensure an efficient provision of medical services by allowing
for the direct and immediate documentation of all treatment-related data.
The S_Q_Lap™-documentation software package presented here is a client/server-structured,
Web-based intranet program that can be used in combination with standard software
(MS Winword 97 or 2000) and does not require any additional, registered commercial
software. This package can be used for network operation or a stand-alone computer
(e.g. notebook) and thus serve a whole department or just a single treatment unit.
Password access for reading and writing can be organized according to hierarchical
levels. General data protection is ensured by encrypted data transmission.
Forms for data entry that are structured according to accepted guidelines allow for
the establishment of rapidly accessible databases that meet the requirements in terms
of both formal criteria and contents. With the aid of such databases, patient reports
can be written in a very efficient manner. Other programs and relational databases
as well as text files listing addresses, diagnoses etc. rendered, are integrated into
the word processor.
The very fast and robust, intranet-compatible S_Q_Lap™-systems are especially suitable
for scientific purposes that require multicenter studies with large SQL-databases.
