Induratio penis plastica: Histologische und mechanische Ergebnisse der plastischen Defektdeckung mittels TachoComb®

Zusammenfassung

Zur Defektdeckung nach operativer Plaqueexzision bei Induratio penis plastica wird u.a. TachoComb® verwendet. Tierexperimentell sollte die Frage nach den strukturellen und mechanischen Veränderungen der Tunica albuginea bei Defektdeckung mit TachoComb® nachgegangen werden. 10 Wochen nach TachoComb®-Implantation beim Minipig wurde das Neogewebe explantiert und histologisch und mechanisch im Vergleich zur originären Tunica albuginea untersucht. Es zeigten sich hinsichtlich Kohabitationsverhalten, histologischer Struktur und den mechanischen Eigenschaften nur minimale Unterschiede zwischen der originären Tunica albuginea und der neu induzierten Tunica. Wir schließen hieraus, dass TachoComb® ein nahezu ideales Material zur Defektdeckung der Tunica albuginea ist.

Abstract

To cover the defect after excision of a plaque in case of an induratio penis plastica e. g. TachoComb® will be used. With an animal model we tried to answer the question of changes in structural and mechanical quality of the new induced tunica albuginea by TachoComb®. Ten weeks after TachoComb®-implantation into a minipigs tunica albuginea we explanted the new induced tissue and looked for the changes in histology and mechanics compared to origin tissue. We found only very minimal differences in clinical visited sexual intercourse, histology and mechanics. We conclude, that TachoComb® seems to be a nearly perfect material to cover defects of tunica albuginea.
