Abstract

Two new compounds, 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3β, 15α-dihydroxypregn-5-en-20-one (1) and (-)-secoisolariciresinol-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (2), along with six known compounds (3 - 8), have been isolated from the aerial parts of Rubus amabilis Focke. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated mainly by spectroscopic methods and some chemical transformations.
