Moderator's Introduction

I am pleased to introduce Dr Miguel Muñoz-Navas as the Guest Discussant for this case. Dr Muñoz-Navas is a distinguised Spanish gastroenterologist who has particular interest and expertise in the management of hepatobiliary and pancreatic disorders. He speaks much better English than I do Spanish, and I look forward to his comments on the case that follows. Welcome, Dr Muñoz-Navas!
